Here at Widcombe Dental Practice we work hard to ensure that you receive the very best Dentistry in an efficient and timely fashion. We kindly ask for 48 hours (2 working days) notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. For Monday appointments, this means we will require notification by Thursday morning at the latest.
Where less than 48 hours is given, or where an appointment is missed with no notice, there will be a fee incurred of 50% of the fee for the missed appointment. This will become payable with immediate effect and upon payment further bookings can be made. Future appointments may also be cancelled in the event that the cancellation fee is not paid.
