Potential Role Overview:

As a future member of our front-of-house team, you would:

• Engage with Patients: Use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure patients feel comfortable and valued throughout their visits.
• Support Operations: Assist the lead receptionist and perform a variety of administrative tasks to keep our busy practice running smoothly.
• Maintain Compliance: Work closely with the Practice Manager and Lead Receptionist to ensure that all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are strictly followed.
