A one-off registration fee of £8 is required. This will be added to your first monthly payment.
Your plan period starts on the day you register and you are responsible for ensuring that you have your check ups and hygiene treatment within the 12 month period of the plan. Check-ups and Hygiene treatment cannot be rolled over into the following year.
We kindly request 48 hours to cancel or reschedule your check-up of hygiene appointments. Short notice cancellations or failure to attend will result in a deduction of the appointment from your annual allocation.
Your direct debit payments will be collected on the second day of the month.
