Potential Role Overview:
As a future member of our team, your responsibilities would include:
- Patient Care: Conduct thorough dental examinations, develop personalised treatment plans, and perform a range of dental procedures, including preventive treatments, fillings, veneers, crowns, onlays, bridges, extractions, and endodontic procedures.
- Digital Dentistry: Utilise digital tools for diagnostics, treatment planning, and executing treatments, collaborating with dental laboratories for precise restorations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our multi-disciplinary team, participating in regular practice meetings, case discussions, and providing mentorship to junior dental professionals.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organised electronic patient records using Dentally software, ensuring comprehensive documentation of treatment plans and procedures.
- Professional Growth: Stay current with the latest advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training, maintaining professional registration and CPD requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience as a Private General Dental Practitioner (a portfolio of evidence will be advantageous during the interview process)
- Proficiency in digital dentistry and software for treatment planning and record keeping (training can be provided if necessary).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
- Strong commitment to patient-oriented care and ethical dental practices.
- Attendance at an Ethical Sales and Communications Course by Ashley Latter is essential (if not already completed).
- Specialties and specialist interests are welcome and encouraged.
